Over 30 educators from Washington, DC visited Detroit last week in a learning expedition sponsored by the CityBridge Foundation.  These educators are aspiring to launch their own blended learning pilots in DC and came to Detroit to be inspired.  Their tour stopped by Burns Elementary/Middle Schools, one of our partner schools we are in the midst of turning around.  Tom Vander Ark blogs about the visit in his Getting Smart - Smart Cities blog series.
